while I’m excited WoW is getting all this neat stuff, there’s two main reasons I quit.
1. I don’t raid anymore, and I got sick of doing world dailies/artifact power REAL quick. 2. The game ran poorly on my comp, while ffXIV runs smoothly.
I’m planning on upgrading my comp in the near future but the endgame was so meh for me in legion, idk.
When people role play NPCs without it being like their own universe or whatever. Like ok, RP deathwing if you want but don’t make a blood elf name him neltharion and walk around and pretend to be the earthwarder in game, I hate that shit.

xD Fuck I think that’s my WoW server too. I remember seeing a Blood Elf named Neltharion on WRA. LOL
(Like…I think its fine if you can make the character actually *look* like the character and act *IN* character. Unfortunately WoW is just so limited in the “make it look like the character” area, even moreso with major lore NPCs. :x)

I would point out that a lot of major Belf lore characters don’t have a unique model. So they are like an exemption to this? Plus there are a fair amount of lore characters we simply don’t see enough. so if the players want to take up this mantle. More power to them as long as they do it right. Belfarion is a good show of how not to do it.
I don’t mind if people want to RP NPCs in their OWN space. But I do mind if they want to RP an NPC with me. I don’t roleplay with NPCs, they’re just that. Non Player Characters. Of course, if people want to do it in private, then as you said, more power to them.
Ok, but people barging in to RP with you when not interested is kinda shitty in general, isn’t it? I know some people complain about immersion breaking names, but when there’s names like ‘sneakyfuta’ and ‘itchybush’ exist in WoW, I have to roll my eyes at that.
Its a small step from bashing people in wow that RP vampyr and dragons too tbh. If you don’t like it, ignore/blacklist them and move the fuck on lol.
That and I feel like most FF14 NPC rpers mostly follow unspoken rules since they’re far more common, and yes there are bad eggs that are obnoxious and pushy. But dealing with that is still the same. Ignore/blacklist and move the fuck on.
Stumblr being a former Scarlet Crusader just really seems to fit, so I’m glad they gave me a way to finally get that set for him. Also I spent too much damn gold on this transmog, holy shit
Anyone available 4PM Eastern for 2 hours worth of challenge modes? Trying to aim for Temple of the Jade serpent and Stormstout brewery. LF a DPS, and have a least watched a guide on those two dungeons. Gear with more gem slots works best.
Can supply food buff and invis potions if we use them.
We got a blood DK tank, feral druid, Surv hunter, and a resto druid. (Currently covering stam with scrolls.)
