look I’m just really excited for Inspector Briardien’s stupid apartment, I wanted to do this for ages ok. Its fun to imagine him renting an apartment in Ul’dah as a secondary place to relax and read. Princess seems to enjoy it too.
Why I love playing NPCs (and /gpose), exhibits A, B, and C, featuring my Balmung!Hildy’s three class glamours: the usual (MNK), Costa Del Sol disguise (MCH), and of course “Guvnor” Pirate!Hildy from 1.0 ( probably RDM even though they semi-borked me on the pants >> ). The thing that always tickles me is that people rarely approach me when he’s in his disguise glamours, they really do work! ( Except on Briardien. >:C )
Bonus reason: Being confused during Hildibrand quest cutscenes when I can’t see gloves and the actual Hildy is not mugging or toasty:

For those curious where I got my info for Julyan and Briardien, here you go. Formatting is fucked so you’ll have to line up info from 3 consecutive pages to the a single NPC done, but it works.
For outfits I tend to hunt them down in Garland Tools since many NPCs have outfits you can’t have.
This has been a GODSEND when looking for workarounds.
Trying to level Julyan as a monk in PotD. I have had mostly nice and polite whispers, but a couple…odd ones. One recognized her and complimented me and after I said thank you tried to RP pulling her close forcing a kiss on her(wtf?) before I blacklisted them. Today alone I had some other off-putting compliments that just come off as creepy and desperate, even when inside duty finder. So its not like it’s just balmung.
I don’t openly RP, I don’t openly even really speak ICly unless Hildibrand is around, so not sure why people assume I’m inviting this sort of garbage?

I wanted to ask you, from one Julyan to another (I made her on Excalibur one evening, just for fun…except I made her as a marauder, full intent on making her a DRK when I get the ability to get that class. ^^; ), what are you using for her pants and shoes? I know her top comes from the Gold Saucer, but i’m unsure what to get for those pieces. As far as I know exact matches for them aren’t in-game, but any help for substitutes would be appreciated! ^^;
Flame sergeant’s skirt(But the stockings are a bit light) and explorer’s moccasins(Disciple of war only, lvl 50). As a warrior, I think the brand new trouser’s are another good option, but the hem of the skirt is a bit dark.
The only model of her top we have access to is the gold saucer one, we unfortunately can’t match her sash, necklace, and gold chain on the front of the skirt.
Did you need any info on her model? I got the exact stats to recreate her in the character creation thing.
Sure! I think I got some of her down, but a little confirmation never hurt, and plus i got at least one fantasia left, so I can tweak it with the changes. :D
