Come one, come all, to this masquerade ball– a Hallow’s End party that’s simply to die for! Hosted by the illustrious Countess Corvidia Gremory, the DMMB welcomes all members of the Horde for a night of events, food, dancing, and revelry to celebrate the spookiest time of the year!
The Dead Man’s Party was a resounding success, and the Countess’ name is now known throughout the Forsaken population. But if she wants to see her dreams come true, her influence must spread beyond the recently displaced undead– she must extend her reach to the rest of the Horde.
There’s no better time for a party than Hallow’s End, and now that the war with the Alliance is in full swing, hosting a spook-tacular ball to lift the spirits of the Horde might be just the trick to establish a polished reputation amongst its people…

OOC: A fond farewell to the beloved Undercity as we know it, as in the coming weeks it’s doomed to be seized by the Alliance. For many of us, the ruins of Lordaeron and its gloomy underbelly was the starting point for our Warcraft adventures and holds a special place in our hearts, so it’s only fitting we give it a proper sendoff. Time is running out to get some good, spooky RP there, so why not make the most of it?
For the most part, it’s meant to be a light-hearted, relaxed gathering where people who share a love of the Undercity and the Forsaken (as well as the undead in general) can hang out for a little while and mingle, and enjoy the time we have left before the location is lost to us lore-wise.

IC:The mysterious yet illustrious Countess Gremory has reclaimed her estate and fortune in the recent months after losing it when she was killed; now that she’s back on her feet, she wants to make a silent but unmistakable decree of her wealth and influence the best way a noble can: by throwing a party. The underlying goal is to make connections among the Forsaken and other undead– namely, to figure out who she can use for her own ends.
Anyone with ties to the Alliance during the Draenor campaign, or that originated from Gilneas, might recognize the name and the ill-tidings that come with it… but hey, it’s free food and drink, so what’s the harm in stopping by?
Whether it’s by flyer or word of mouth, your character is welcome to hear about the party; if you’d like for them to recognize the Countess’ name, shoot me a message and I can give details!
You don’t have to be going to the party to join the server! It was designed with the purpose of RSVPing in mind but also to welcome everyone in the celebration and farewell since so many people can’t come for one reason or another.

Name: Stumblr (Living name unknown), trampled to death by a Deathguard’s steed near scarlet monastery.
Stumblr definitely wasn’t the prettiest corpse when he woke up. Sporting a giant dent on the side of his head and various other broken bits, the first thing he met as he stood undead was face-planting right back into the dirt. The nickname has stuck ever since.
Short, cranky, and has very strong opinions(though is also terribly gullible. Tumblr joke here har har). His old scarlet uniform is in such disrepair he could be mistaken for a scarecrow. Which, luckily for him, works well since he mostly sends his days as a farmhand and yelling at various farm animals.
Weapon of choice is his “whoppin’ shovel.”

Tall one is my forsaken mage Serupen. He makes wigs and extensions for forsaken(Mostly NE hair. At least that would grow back, right?). He’s a frost mage too and likes to call himself “fresh frozen” so he’s a bit better in terms of rot. He was as vain in life.
Stumblr is a ex-scarlet who got trampled by a dreadsteed and doesn’t remember a thing from his living years. He works mainly as a farmhand now and tries to keep tabs on the chickens. One particular bird has a fondness for eyes, so visitors should beware.
