Made a housing post earlier before I napped and already a lot of the houses have been swapped around in relocations x_o

Thus why the discord is nice to have. We try to keep track of times for new house buyers so you know how old a plot it, and when high demand plots open they tend to get snapped up quickly!

For example, Shirogane plots very VERY rarely ever get sold via timer and are usually gone to relocation within a hour or so. We’ve seen 4 large plots since they added wards and a medium plot around every two weeks or so–and they are snapped up in MINUTES.

Also since we try to timestamp when a plot goes live–if you are trying to buy a place for the first time, save yourself from exhaustion and wait for a plot to reach 10-12+ hours old.
