So I’m a complete scrub with materia and trying to learn but uh

What is a Ninja supposed to meld? I only see mainly Crit and DH but after two Crit materia its saying I’m not getting any stats? Relying on Eureka 350 gear so I got a ton of slots I don’t quite understand what to do with.
