If I had to wager a guess, what they may do is wait until an hour after the servers go up to unlock houses for purchase. So you may get in fast but you’re still going to end up in a clicking war between however many people. While I guess that is a better solution than what we had before, people will still end up going without. The ability to upgrade apartments is a nice idea, especially if they give players a little balcony area to make up for the loss of a front yard. We’ll have to wait and see.

I wonder if everyone means everyone or if it just means ‘everyone who gets one’.

アパルトメントが狭いので家のようにSMLを作ってほしい

Apartment currently feels cramp, so we’d like to have options to have a S M or L sized apartments

パッチ4.2に向かって土地を増やして皆さんに公平に渡るように全力で開発を行っている なので今のところ大型のアパルトメントの開発予定はないがタスクが終わった後で前向きに検討したい

Therefore for now we don’t have plans to develop a large scale apartments right now but once we get the current task done, we’d like to move foward and see what we can do with it.

Different sized apartments sound like a possibility they’ll consider, not that they’re in development.

・S/M/Lサイズのアパルトメントの実装予定は今はないが、土地の供給などが落ち着いてきたら可能性はある 

No plans to implement S/M/L sized apartments, but it’s possible once they solved the plot shortage and allowing more people to get their houses.

Everyone will have a house does not equal everyone will have a equal chance at a house. If anything the clusterfuck housing rush may be even worse if it just unlocks while everyone is online. Aka rip instance server.
