the small ones are the 6″, the large are the 16.″

Jumbo Foxy/Freddy are carried in most places, Jumbo Nightmare Freddy is Hot Topic only, Jumbo Nightmare Foxy is Target only.

I’ve seen a midrange Freddy at HT.
