Sunshine came over and tried out VRChat on my Vive. Much fun was had. This is my first run on making custom FFXIV avatars. I hope to find a way to streamline it. I can’t seem to be able to get clean face textures.
We fid the haunted prison world and i screamed when a neon anime girl ported into my face :(
One of the more challenging cosplay toons I wanted to do, M’naago’s glamour is finally done! I love her character, and if you’re a crafter or gatherer you’ll love her even more from her quest chains there. She’s also given me a new appreciation of a class I haven’t tried in a long time! And best of all:
I NEVER HAVE TO HEAR ILBERD SAY “SLOPPEH” EVER AGAIN

Y’all don’t have to like NPC cosplayers, but no one’s got any business harassing them, whether they roleplay or not. Breathe deep and repeat after me: It’s none of your business what other people do with their toons, especially when they don’t even approach yours.
No more than it’s my business your name is painfully NOT Wildwood conventional. (You sure got the classic Wildwood pretentiousness down pat though, GG broski)
Do what I did, blacklist and move on. It really works!
We don’t RP tag ourselves, as Tara pointed out. Twice. (Hell we don’t even RP ingame anyways)
We avoid RP hotspots unless there’s like a quest or leve turn-in and even THEN we try to avoid being in canon glamour.
We do not approach anyone unless approached (Even then is usually a sentence and a emote).
And STILL that isn’t enough, and some bored people have to go out of their way to harass, because they supposedly know what we MEAN to do.
Says so much more about you than it does about us, dude. I know it’s gotta be hard on your immersion being in a public quest hub on a public MMO server, surrounded by fat chocobos, moogles, and people in pig suits, but YOU GOTTA STAY STRONG.
So, I hit level 70 Goldsmith, got all the mastery books and upgraded my gear so I can make all the shiny new furniture and what-not, and made it my 3rd specialty craft.
aaand apparently I never did any of the Goldsmith job quests.
