I started Plumsweet to teach myself how to draw cute happy things and regular sized ponies and dear lord I still struggle with the concept. Cute and happy is really hard for me to get into, it really is.
When I draw anything the default expression is usually:

His eyes are perfect for the default but getting him grinning took awhile to get used to.
Purposely designed him to be the most comfort zone thing ever for me.

Animated movie just called “Epic”
Mouse hat dude is named Dagda, son of the main villain Mandrake. I liked the relationship they have in the movie.
Its got some good characters, and there’s even GOOD guys I really like too(Rare as heck for me, I know).

Most of the animation was pretty damn good (Some of the falling stuff felt a bit weird to me, that was the only notable issue I had), Concept design good backgrounds, facial animations, etc, all good.
Plot, who the plot focused on, and NO IDEA what tone to settle on made the movie a “….mmmmeh” to me though.
