uh oh Sunshine’s been thinking about Ganondorf again.
Probably the earliest character I’d RP as way back in the day. OoT was such a huge deal to me. I think since the story itself was very basic and had plenty of room for interpretation is what I really enjoyed about it.
I remember pondering motivations so often for Ganondorf when I RPed as him on message boards. That, and coming up with ways how their society worked. What was raising a Gerudo child like? Was the forehead gem a sign of maturity? How do they get food?
My basic headcanon for him (and the Gerudos) was along the lines of they were on the wrong side of the war and were struggling to keep their tribe alive with ties to Hyrule cut. They NEEDED to make that treaty with the king. My version of Ganondorf had a much deeper hatred of Hylians because of it. Just based on how people react to the Gerudo mask, I don’t think they were exactly popular. But you know, his initial plan MIGHT have started with good intentions, but…well, he ends up a monster.
Then Wind Waker came out.
Not going to lie, I cried at the ending. SPECIALLY considering how I played him, it struck a bit harder.
TLDR: King Daphnes is a jerk.
Okay, I’m seriously trying to drop the damn lying girls comment and move past it so people forget it and quit being angered by it. If you so wish, I can bring it right back up, and play Defense Attorney. Is that what you want? Do you want me to defend Psy? Because it sounds like it. If not, let it go. As for neutral comments to psyguy, he’s not said a damn thing. I don’t care what either side did years ago or over the course of years, as it appears to be. I’m here about this argument on tumblr RIGHT NOW. If he doesn’t speak, I can’t say anything about him. Everyone here just needs to chill out. This discussion got WAY more violent than I had intended.
As for the Feminism HQ, that wasn’t an edit. That was the original thing, meant as a shout out to a follower of mine, and an ongoing joke in many circles. Say what you want, but Radical Modern Feminists seem to hang around Tumblr more than any other place.

Psy has “apologized” before. He does it to get people to lower their guard and enter the “honeymoon” phase of the abuse cycle. Then his abusive nature starts up again because that’s how he knows how to function. He is capable of functioning in other ways, but he refuses to. He likes the power over people, especially women he can sexually exploit.

Since 2004 I have seen this pattern of behavior OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again with Psy whenever enough people can call him on his bullshit. If it’s ONE person, he can silence them. But if ENOUGH people call him out, then this is EXACTLY what he does.
He SAYS words like “apology, apologize, sorry” but he doesn’t ever state WHY. He VEILS it. He never actually takes responsibility for the things he’s done. He NEVER has, not in TEN YEARS.
I have been in Skype calls with him where he will LAUGH about the people he’s hurt, mocking them behind whatever fake apology he’s issued forth. He has never once felt sorry for the people he has hurt. He is SO full of himself that he is INCAPABLE of feeling guilt. The ONLY remorse he feels is that of being CAUGHT, and trust me, because of people who then coddle him once he spews his bullshit fake-apology, he just laaaaaaaaaaaaughs and begins his cycle anew.
Psy has no redeeming qualities. He is a predator. He is a villain. He is a pedophile. He is a manipulator, an abuser, a shitstain who can type. If you try to build him up, if you go to him now, in his portrayed “hour of need, of healing”, then you are HELPING him start up his cycle once more.
If enough people do this, he will bring back his sites, he will set up new accounts to run his web of lies from, he will laugh because HE WILL HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT AGAIN. He’s been getting away with it for 15+ years, people. Please, PLEASE, don’t let him get away with it this time.
He has NOT apologized. He has not said a SINGLE word that could be taken as an apology. What he has posted is FURTHERING the pain, frustration, and anger that the people speaking out against him have already suffered. He is IGNORING them and focusing on himself so he can get a big enough Pity Party so he can set up shop somewhere else.
PLEASE, Educate yourselves.
