Feel in kinda down so trying to distract myself. If I was gonna nuzlocke run(thx beth) a pokemon game, which should I do? Gen 1 or 2?

• Finished ripping the carpet out yesterday and got power back. AC still works at least, Hoping some airflow will help and we should be able to use fans today.

That isn’t the water line, that’s mold. So def using respirators while we work. Gonna work on cleaning up the floor since it should finally be dry today and ripping out more of the baseboards. Some of the carpet tackboard is so far gone it just dissolves into pieces.

Flood waters def got in the walls, already growing mold. About 2/3 done pulling carpet so hopefully it’ll get easier after today. Couches are a total loss and def took advantage of getting those out while I had muscle with me.

I signed up somewhere else for gutting assistance but it may be like next week before I get help there.

Very tired and sore, finding it hard to sleep. We tethered a phone to my desktop cause I refuse to lose our ffxiv houses too lol.

The smell nearly knocked me out when we went into the house. Grass was already growing in the carpet. Getting help is a bit rough, waiting lists everywhere. Moms place is fine so we have somewhere to stay but I’m still just swapping from numb to crying.

I just want things to go back to normal.
